About me

I grew up in South Tyrol and now work as a real estate agent in Italy. I advise international clients in German, Italian and English.

I started my career in hospitality, working with people from different countries. It taught me to understand people’s needs, listen carefully, bring different interests together and stay composed when situations become demanding.

I later worked with companies in the German-speaking market, supporting them with recruitment and taking on management responsibilities. My background in economics is useful in my work with property, particularly when it comes to figures, calculations and the wider financial aspects of a project. I obtained my real estate licence through the Chamber of Commerce in Bolzano, South Tyrol.

My hospitality experience is also valuable when working on hotel and hospitality projects. In these cases, questions of use, operations and financial viability can be just as important as the property itself. Where a project requires expertise beyond my own field, I work with the relevant specialists.

I start by understanding the situation properly and assessing it realistically. That includes looking at the numbers and possible scenarios and being prepared to say so when something does not make sense or is not workable under the circumstances.
