My focus is on the process behind a transaction. Valuation, review, negotiation, completion. Property purchases in Italy rarely fail because of the wrong property. They fail because of missing documents, unrealistic pricing or lack of preparation.
Every valuation is based on market data and comparable properties. Land registry, cadastre and permits are checked before an offer is made. A specialist property lawyer is part of every transaction.
