The purchase of a property abroad raises many questions. Here I answer the most important points - clearly, transparently and understandably.
How does the buying process work in Italy?
After selecting the property, a preliminary contract is concluded, followed by notarization. I will accompany you every step of the way – from viewing to handing over the keys.
What additional costs do I need to consider?
In addition to the purchase price, there are notary fees, taxes and land registry fees. I disclose all costs in advance so that you have full transparency.
Is the purchase possible for international buyers?
Yes. Real estate purchases are also possible for foreign buyers in Italy. Thanks to my bilingualism, I mediate and explain all legal details in an understandable way.
