After selecting the property, a preliminary contract is concluded, followed by notarization. I will accompany you every step of the way – from viewing to handing over the keys.
What additional costs do I need to consider?
In addition to the purchase price, notary fees, taxes, and land registry fees are incurred. I disclose all costs upfront so that you have full transparency.
Is it possible for international buyers to purchase?
Yes. Real estate purchases are also possible for foreign buyers in Italy. Thanks to my bilingualism, I can mediate and explain all legal details in an understandable way.
